The Toll Brothers Heritage Glen and Wood Glen are multi-million dollar production homes.
Willow Falls is a gated custom enclave within Willow Creek. The community boasts approximately 80 large home sites.
Located in Summerlin South, Willow Creek is part of the award-winning Summerlin master planned community.
Homeowner Association Information:
Association fees vary per community within Willow Creek, though the general range is approximately $175-200 per month. Residents of Summerlin South are also assessed an additional $35 per month master plan fee.
Special Improvement District information: All Summerlin residents are subject to Summerlin master plan SID assessments.

Willow Creek Community Features
The Hills Park: This facility is home to numerous outdoor community events including art fairs, concerts and other performances. The park features an open-lawn amphitheater, lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and children's play areas, many of which include water features.
The Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center: This cultural arts center hosts a number of ongoing cultural events throughout the year
The Academy of Nevada Ballet Theatre: The theatre is home to professional dancers as well as a wide range of students. The theatre showcases a number of programs throughout the season
Willow Creek also has its own community basketball and tennis courts and a children's park and play area. This area of Summerlin is home to a dozen major public parks that offer a variety of amenities, from sports fields and picnicking areas to open-air pavilions that host a variety of concerts, community programs and festivals.
