The Tournament Players Club (TPC) at Summerlin is a guard-gated golf course community. Luxury housing options include condos and town homes, single family and custom estate homes. Several communities within the TPC feature oversized lots and golf course frontage. Average homes are in the multi-million dollar range.

The Tournament Players Club Community Features
The TPC at Summerlin Golf Course: This 18-hole golf course was designed with the input of golf legend Fuzzy Zoeller. The par-72 course features Bermuda grass on the fairways, tees and roughs and bent grass on the greens. The course regularly hosts annual PGA Tour events. (702) 256-0222.
TPC Clubhouse: This private, 36,000 square-foot facility features fine dining, a lounge, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and several lighted tennis courts.
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area: Miles of scenic hiking and biking trails abound throughout this beautiful area
The Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center: This cultural arts center hosts a number of ongoing cultural events throughout the year
The Academy of Nevada Ballet Theatre: The theatre is home to professional dancers as well as a wide range of students. The theatre showcases a number of programs throughout the season.
This area of Summerlin is also home to a dozen major public parks that offer a variety of amenities, from sports fields and picnicking areas to open-air pavilions that host a variety of concerts, community programs and festivals.
