Willow Falls: This gated custom enclave within The Willows contains 80 large home sites.

$173-$200 a month for Willow Creek; all Summerlin residents are assessed an additional $40 per month for the master plan association.

The Willows Community Features
The Willows Park: This community park features lighted ball fields and a playground area.
The Willows Community Center: This center offers a variety of fitness programs and classes and is best known for its upscale swimming pool. Open exclusively to Summerlin residents, the pool features a beach entrance, water slides and fountains.
The Willows Paseo Park: This linear park features tennis and basketball courts, children's play areas and walking trails. The park is also home to several storybook sculptures from Aesop's Fables. Portions of the park are designated for the exclusive use of The Willows residents.
Spotted Leaf Park: This 10-acre park community park boasts lighted tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer fields as well as a playground area.
