The Hills
The Hills holds the distinction of being the first village developed in the master planned Summerlin community. The village features both single and multi-family housing options as well as two luxurious custom home neighborhoods: Tournament Hills and Eagle Hills.
The 700-acre high-end, mixed-use village "The Hills South" is home to the Tournament Players Club at Summerlin, Nevada's first TPC course and host of the Invensys Classic at Las Vegas.

The Hills Community Features
The Hills Park: This facility is home to numerous outdoor community events including art fairs, concerts and other performances. The park features an open-lawn amphitheater, lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and children's play areas, many of which include water features.
