Sun City Aliante is an age-restricted (55 and older) golf course community in the master-planned Aliante, located in North Las Vegas. Developed by Del Webb Corp., Sun City Aliante offers 10 different freestanding home models. Prices currently range from the mid-$200s into the mid-$300s.
Homeowner Association Information: $40 Aliante master plan association fee; owners may also be subject to individual neighborhood association fees.
Special Improvement District information: Residents of Aliante are subject to the Aliante Master Plan SID assessment.
