Spanish Trail is an established, guard-gated luxury community that is home to many of Las Vegas' top executives and entertainers. More than 2,500 homes are divided into 11 distinct neighborhoods. Housing options range from town homes priced from the upper $500s to stunning custom estates valued in excess of $20 million.
Spanish Trail boasts a number of shared community amenities, such as a golf course and club house. Individual neighborhoods also have their own features, such as private pools and sports courts. A variety of options are available for private club membership.

Spanish Trails Golf Course: This 27-hole championship course was designed by architect Robert Trent Jones. The course boasts mountain views, numerous water features and 120 bunkers.
Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club. Residents of Spanish Trail may opt to purchase a golf or social membership in this exclusive private club. Fees vary.
Spanish Trail Clubhouse: This facility includes a dining room and pro shop.
