The Residences at MGM Grand are being touted as one of the hottest residential high-rise projects on the Las Vegas Strip today. The project will eventually be comprised of three 40-story towers. Construction on this hotel/condo project is already underway at the northeast end of MGM Grand's 116-acre property on South Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip). The project is a joint venture between MGM Grand and Turnberry Associates. Portions will be complete in 2006 and the project will be fully finished in 2007.
At completion, the Residences at MGM Grand will be home to more than 1,720 residents. The community offers fully-furnished studio, one and two bedroom combination suites. Special upgrades include crown moldings, raised panel wood doors, wall-to-wall bedroom carpeting, high-speed voice/data connectivity, granite countertops and custom kitchen cabinetry. All condos will be outfitted with Sub-Zero refrigerators, Miele appliances, Jacuzzi tubs and flat screen HDTVs. Prices as of January 2006 range from $550,000 to more than $2.5 million.
