Providence is the Las Vegas valley's newest master-planned development, currently under construction.
Located off the northern I-215 Beltway at Hualapai Way, this 1,200-acre development, being constructed by Focus Property Group, will have 36 distinct neighborhoods and 7,000 homes at completion.
Providence is being designed in an "American tradition," with tree-lined streets, extensive landscaping and three neighborhood parks. Providence Park will serve as the focal point of the community while two additional parks will provide sports courts, soccer, baseball and softball fields along with playground equipment and picnic facilities. In all, Focus has designated 33 acres for parks and is creating 10 miles of trails systems.
While many new developments must be established before attracting retail and neighborhood amenities, Providence is within close proximity to existing retailers, restaurants and entertainment/recreation facilities, including Town Center. Select homes will have city and/or mountain views.
