Eldorado
Eldorado was the first master-planned development in North Las Vegas. The 1,080-acre community, constructed by Pardee Homes, set the standard for master planned development and put the city on the map as a popular hot spot for residential growth.
In general, North Las Vegas real estate is considered moderately priced when compared to other areas of the valley. The city, however, continues to attract an average of 1,000 new residents each month, and home-buyers are now beginning to see prices come in line with other master-planned areas.
Eldorado residents are within close proximity of the famous Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Floyd Lamb State Park, which provides exceptional hiking, fishing and recreational amenities. The area is also within close proximity of a number of local golf courses, a 23-acre community park and is within easy distance of neighborhood retail/shopping amenities. Easy access to I-215 makes the rest of the valley accessible to this beautiful area of the valley, once considered the "outskirts" of Southern Nevada.
