A collaborative development of Del Webb Corp. and American Nevada Corp., Aliante is the newest master planned community being developed in North Las Vegas. A relatively small master plan at 1,900 acres, Aliante is home to two "villages." One is a collection of single-family residences while the other (Sun City Aliante) is an age-restricted community (55 and older).
At build-out, Aliante is anticipated to be home to 20,000 residents. Community amenities will include:
- An 18-hole public golf course
- New public schools (two elementary and one middle school are currently planned)
- Residential (community) retail development
- A 20-acre nature park and an extensive trails system
- A new branch of the Clark County Library
- Smaller parks and sports fields
- Picnic, BBQ and hiking/biking areas

Aliante residents enjoy beautiful mountain views as well as easy freeway access. Commercial and residential gaming development is part of anticipated future plans. Prices currently range from the mid-$200s into the low $700s.
